All registrations must be paid in full to confirm participation in the conference. Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email along with a paid invoice will be sent to the registered email address.
Registrants should notify the organisers of any special access requirements at the time of registration to ensure a smooth virtual experience.
Access details and participation instructions for the virtual conference will be sent by email at least seven (7) days prior to the event.

Note: No refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond the organisers’ control, including but not limited to technical issues on the participant’s side, internet connectivity problems, health issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Conference sessions may be recorded for educational and promotional purposes. By registering, participants consent to the recording of sessions they attend.
Participants who do not wish their name or image to appear in recorded materials should notify the organisers in advance at [email protected].
By registering for the conference, participants consent to KLM Dental contacting them regarding conference-related information and relevant services.
Participants who do not wish to receive marketing communications may opt out by emailing [email protected].
An attendee list may be shared with sponsors and fellow participants strictly for networking purposes. Participants may opt out of inclusion in this list at the time of registration.
KLM Dental shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from the use of the virtual platform, technical failures beyond its reasonable control, or the participant’s inability to access the conference.
