Return & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Cancellations received 30 days prior to the conference start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days prior to the conference start date will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 15 days before the event.

3. Substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another colleague from your organization at no additional charge, provided we are notified at least 5 days prior to the event. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to attend the next conference.

4. Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the KLM Dental Conference is cancelled by the organizers, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. We are not responsible for any other travel or accommodation costs incured.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 4 Weeks to the original method of payment. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact us.
